ARTISTS
| He studied at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, Milan, and he took some University courses in electronic and computer music at the Polytechnic University of Milan and at the Calculate Sonology Center of the Univerity of Padova. He was Ph.D Researcher at the M-Node inside the Planetary Collegium, University of Plymouth , UK, at the Contemporary Research Center of Brera, Milan and at the CE.R.CO (Center for research on the anthropology and epistemology of complexity) University of Bergamo.At this moment he is Professor in New Electronic Media at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, Milan.Since 1983 he has been working on the shape and electronic circuits of sound-emitting sculptures. The sound sculptures have been shown in Italy, France, Germany, Holland, Finland, UK, Albania, Lebanon, Hong Kong, Canada, USA.He was among the 100 artists invited by the Victoria & Albert Museum in London to represent The Museum in the New Millennium in 1999/2000, he also did exibitions with Nam June Paik in Milan in 2000 and in Vicenza in 2003. |
